Ingredients
Scale
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
2 large whole wheat wraps
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until well combined.
Warm the wraps slightly if desired.
Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each wrap.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and blue cheese if using.
Fold in the sides of the wraps and then roll them up tightly.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
For a milder wrap, use less buffalo sauce or a milder hot sauce.
Feel free to add other vegetables like celery or onions.
If you don’t have ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing also works well.
